Canada has always been a magnet for immigrants from all over the world. Indeed, its immigration system, renowned for its efficiency, regularly opens the doors to thousands of people eager to settle in this country of many opportunities. With this in mind, on August 2 Canada organized a special session of the Express Entry programfor French-speaking candidates.

The Express Entry program: a gateway for French-speaking applicants

On August 2, the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (RCRC) sent invitations to 800 candidates through a targeted Express Entry draw, reserved for those with a good command of the French language. To be eligible for this session, a minimum CRS score of 435 was required.

As you can see, this program is of particular importance to French speakers wishing to immigrate to Canada. Not only does it offer a chance to enter the country, it also enhances their French language skills - a major asset in a country where French is one of the two official languages.
