2ᵉ step: Prepare information about yourself and the job you want.
To create a personalized cover letter via GPT AI Chat, you need to provide the information required to personalize the letter - your education, skills, experience, etc. - as well as details of the job vacancy you've identified and intend to apply for. As well as the details of the job offer you've identified and to which you intend to apply.
In this example, we'll assume that my name is "Jon Snow", that I'm a graduate of the Ecole Nationale de Commerce "ENC", that I have skills in Marketing and Sales Action, and that I have 5 years' experience as "Head of Advertising" in the company "Digital Inspiration".

3ᵉ step: Ask the Robot and treat yourself!

I simply made the request by entering my data mentioned above and the (copy/paste) of the entire job offer without worrying about accuracy. The system is capable of human-reading the vacancy, understanding the job requirements and then creating a suitable cover letter.
4ᵉ step: Get the result and ask for more ... or less!
If you feel that the cover letter generated by the robot is not perfectly adapted, you can ask it to correct what needs to be corrected. Add or mention some information, or delete others, etc. The chat can interact with you, just as it would with a human being whom you have asked to help you write your cover letter.
The result for our example is as follows:

5ᵉ step: Make revisions
AI is a powerful tool to help you create a professional cover letter, but it's not a replacement for manual revision. Use it with caution, and always review the letter before submitting it to the recruiter.
And don't forget to check your spelling and grammar before sending, either manually or using Microsoft Word's spell checker - you never know.
