Main functions :
The incumbent is responsible for the health and safety management of cleaning services. He/she is responsible for conducting safety inspections, creating improvement action plans, overseeing inspections and reporting on safety and cleaning performance, and submitting monthly reports on cleaning services standards to management. He/she is also responsible for developing a continuous improvement program linked to the objectives of Matar and QR group, leading continuous improvement projects as sponsor, and overseeing the collection and analysis of software services data to drive continuous improvement. The manager will also develop a quality control program and audit schedule, and be responsible for weekly/monthly KPI/SLA reporting in line with the scope of the FM cleaning contract. He/she is also responsible for reviewing, approving and managing the implementation of various cleaning services, such as specialized services, PTC waste management, soft services cleaning programs, etc. In addition, the manager is responsible for identifying new technologies and techniques to reduce life-cycle costs within the PTC, preparing the annual PTC budget and delivering services within the cost plan, and coordinating relationships with the FM contractor and stakeholders regarding cleaning services.

Profile required:
The candidate must hold a college diploma or equivalent and have at least 8 years of relevant professional experience, experience in ISO 9001 quality management principles, prior experience in the operation and maintenance of terminal facilities, and a thorough knowledge of all terminal and facility regulations and requirements.
