Hello
to fill in the form, I don't understand:
my family name: my passport notes "my name" and "my married name".
which one should I use?
for the first names, on my son's passport, they are noted: andrea, marcel, Raymond
Does "marcel and Raymond" fit in the first name box or the middle name box?
thank you for your reply
