Eligibility criteria for the Global Skills Strategy program

To benefit from the two-week GSS treatment, you have two options (or rather, two possibilities for your employer).

Option 1: - Apply online from outside Canada.
- You have a job offer from the employer portal
- Your professional skill type is 0 (management) or skill level A (professional) - (National Occupational Classification (NOC)).

Option 2: - Apply online from outside Canada.
- Your employer has acquired a positive EIMT for a job specific to his company through the global talent component of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program.

How do I find a job in Canada?

In reality, the most important step is to find a job that corresponds to this program, and for which your employer will initiate this procedure. In particular, we advise you to contact company managers via social networks, LinkedIn, Twitter and even Facebook. If you have a talent, let your employer know about it, and convince him or her of how you can add value to the company.
