Details of the "Forsa" program - Crédit gratuit Maroc

On Tuesday March 15, the Moroccan government launched the "Forsa" program, an ambitious and innovative program targeting all people over the age of 18 with entrepreneurial ideas or projects, according to a press release issued by the government presidency.

A financial envelope of 1.25 billion dirhams will be allocated to this program for 2022, aiming to support 10,000 project leaders in all sectors of the economy, while ensuring the principle of regional and gender equality.

How the Forsa 2022 program is managed

As such, the Ministry of Tourism, Crafts and the Social Solidarity Economy will be responsible for the implementation and territorial deployment of this program in order to achieve the objectives set, and a steering committee will be created under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister to oversee the determination of the program's strategic orientations.

In this respect, two calls for project proposals for the year 2022 will be launched; the first during the month of April and the second four months later. In each RFP, applicants can submit their applications on the digital "Forsa" platform designated for this program.

The completeness of applications and the eligibility of candidates will be checked by a central unit for processing incoming applications, and these will be subject to an initial selection by the program management unit comprising the incubator's regional representative, before being presented to a regional selection committee which meets every week.

At the end of the coaching and training phase for the selected project leaders, funding applications will be examined by a committee made up of the Forsa program management and support unit, the incubators and the funding institution, with the support of the sector concerned.
