The Australian National University (ANU) has announced the creation of the Christel Larko Music Scholarship. These scholarships are funded by a bequest to the Friends of the ANU School of Music. The scholarship will be awarded to bright students studying voice or classical or jazz piano in a program offered by the ANU School of Music.

The scholarship is valued at 10,000 $ per year, taking into account the following elements:

Eligibility
The scholarship will be available to students who meet the following criteria:
National or international students enrolled in the first year of an undergraduate program, specializing in classical or jazz voice or piano in a program offered by the ANU School of Music.

Selection criteria
Selection is made on the basis of candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and who, in the opinion of the committee, are judged to demonstrate an exceptional level of musical ability and accomplishment in either piano or voice, classical or jazz, as demonstrated in an audition.

Hello
I read the criteria and it was good.
But for us in Chad, for example, the selection criteria will be a little lighter? Because music is not developed in our country. I really want to apply for this scholarship. I really want to make music the way it should be made.
I play the piano a bit and I also manage to sing. But it's sloppy.
