Project themes
The priority themes targeted by this call for projects are as follows:
Promoting and defending human rights
- Promoting transparency, access to information and strengthening the fight against and prevention of corruption.
- Access to justice for human rights defenders and particularly vulnerable groups through legal and judicial assistance, including defense before the competent courts and with a view to strengthening human rights jurisprudence, in line with Morocco's international commitments and the 2011 Constitution.
- Promote the protection of freedom of opinion and expression and the professionalization of the media.
- Protection of civil society players, notably through legal support.
- Protecting children through prevention, protection and care.
Equality and the fight against gender-based violence
Promoting equality between women and men by combating gender-based violence (including child marriage and single mothers), in particular by implementing the local protocol for dealing with women victims of all forms of violence.
Contribute to and support policy dialogue on Moudawana reform, and ongoing work on gender equality.

Integration of young people (aged 15-29) through culture and voluntary work
Contribute to the participation of young people by strengthening their empowerment and involvement in public affairs, notably through cultural activities and the digital transition.
