Indeed, last month, Biden introduced a bill that would provide a pathway to U.S. citizenship for young people whose parents brought them to the U.S. as children, known as <strong>Dreamers<\/strong>. The bill allows immigrant farm workers and those with protected status, who have come to the states since the 1990s due to natural disasters and other unrest in their home countries, to obtain green cards; those not registered in the U.S. will be able to obtain cards after five years.
